Our Lodge is the perfect destination wedding venue for intimate weddings up to 150, together with the upscale accommodations that allow your closest family & friends to enjoy the weekend together.

Many of our Old Massanutten Lodge weddings and ceremonies occur on the 5 acre manicured lawn and gardens.

Information

Policies

Deposits

A deposit amount of 50% of the rental fee is required in order to secure a date. The remaining 50% is due within 30 days of the scheduled event.

Damage

A Damage deposit of $500 is required for all event bookings. The damage deposit is fully refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellations greater than 30 days before the scheduled event are partially refundable. Cancellations that are within 30 days are not refundable.

Insurance

Liability Insurance is required for all events. Most Homeowners Insurance companies will provide an Extension of Liability insurance for free or a small one-time fee.
